Changing Minds

It is ok to have second thoughts. You can take them or leave them. Maybe it’s when second thoughts turn into third thoughts, fourth thoughts….then you should probably give them some credence.

I examine my own thoughts in this way lately. The things that occur to  me the most must be the most important things. However I also tend to ruminate too much, and so I have to know when to discount this theoretical framework.
